We pride ourselves on customer service and providing a comfortable stay.

We are offering long-term stays for people looking for that downtown lifestyle without breaking the bank.

Our fully furnished house provides a comfortable stay while you work or study.

We offer leases from:

September/October to April

September/October to December

January to April

Our large kitchen has two fridges, a deep freezer, and plenty of storage space for food.

The cupboards are fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishware. We also supply towels and dish soap.

We simply ask that you leave the kitchen as clean as you found it, so everyone can have a clean place to eat.

Hang out and relax in the common room where you can borrow one of our many books, watch a movie on DVD or VHS, watch your favourite streaming service on the SmartTV, or play one of our many board games with your housemates.

It’s a great spot to be social, chill, or study! We also provide a weekly cleaning service for the common areas, so you can spend more time enjoying your stay!

There are four toilets and four showers shared between all rooms with one being a designated ladies-only washroom.

We provide the toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap for your convenience.
